A lot of my dinners look like this: got my grains/pulses/beans, some raw veggies and sprouts, some roasted veggies for extra deliciousness, leafy greens, few seeds and homemade pickled/fermented veggies. 
I’ve made this health-full bowl 3 days in a row, including Easter day. It’s that delicious. 😊 Recipe coming later today.

After the 6k run earlier this morning, I made us these nourishing bowls. Brown rice cooked in coconut water and orange juice with tart inca berries. I served it with fresh apple, walnuts, hemp & chia seeds, prunes and sour coconut yogurt. Big #yum! 🍊☀️
